Thursday our first show is always Life Balance. Tomorrow my 8 year old son has his field day at school. Anyone that knows Sergey knows that sports is his life. So missing that for the sake of doing a show on Life Balance would be TOTALLY counter intuitive.
So Thursday, if you were looking forward to listening to the show, look back over the older shows and download one to your iPod and go for a walk! It will be good for your all around health!
